Order Procedures
Orders may be called in at 866-439-8147, faxed to 276-644-9871, or emailed to [email protected]. Orders must be received by 2 pm Eastern for next business day delivery. Orders received after 2 pm Eastern will not be delivered until the following scheduled delivery day.
Shipping Procedures
Orders that fall outside our delivery area will be shipped via UPS (retail orders) or LTL freight (wholesale orders). Product should arrive 2-3 business days after your order has been processed. Orders received after 11 am Eastern will typically be processed the next business day. No UPS or freight shipments on Fridays.
Payment
The preferred method of payment is Electronic Withdrawal (ACH). You will need to complete our ACH Form and return it with a voided check. Your bank account will be drafted 7 days from the invoice date. (All customers whose orders are shipped by UPS or LTL freight must agree to Electronic Withdrawal.)
Customers whose orders are delivered by BSD can pay by check on delivery. Please make all checks payable to Big South Distribution and note the invoice number on your check. You must fill out and sign a personal guaranty to be considered for terms.
